Poonam brings a great deal of experience in this area of focus having enjoyed a successful corporate career in senior and executive roles in New Product Development & Marketing Management at BT and as a consultant for Polaris in BioPharma. Poonam has been coaching and consulting for the past 8 years.
She is a high quality performance consultant, coach and mentor.
At BT she was responsible for the complete NPD process of BT’s first Digital media products including contract and commercial negotiations, marcomms and the training of approximately 150 sales staff.
She identified and sourced commercially viable VOIP products in order to maximise business performance across both consumer and business channels. To do so her interest in the impact of service standards on business began. She prepared strategic business plans for entry into new markets with existing personal security products. This included the need to lead and develop highly collaborative and coordinated cross function activity. Poonam also led multi-cultural and cross-functional project teams (12+) throughout each new product development area.
As a qualified coach, practitioner in a variety of profiling models and NLP practitioner she adds value to assignments in a wide range of Cross Functional Collaboration Projects, Customer Experience Management and Coaching solutions particularly when tailored to individual client needs.
