Richard Scott BA
Richard served as an air traffic controller in the RAF. He subsequently worked in L&D roles in the Civil Service and then 12 years as a police intelligence analyst before joining HR in flow in his role as Chief Researcher.
He is currently working with Neville Pritchard on a new book exploring Impact HR and Reality L&D.
In his wider role he ensures that our consulting teams are consistently up to date, are globally conscious and are constantly exploring new ways of thinking and acting; thereby ensuring they work to maximise the value of people related functions within organisations.
